Double tier capes have a second, short shoulder length layer or 'tier' of fabric. It's unlined to keep the overall garment weight down. This is an embellishment, to add detail and a frivolous frill to your functional cape - but will add a little warmth and water resistance.
Hooded, unisex, short rain cape in traditional waxed cotton - waxy feel gives a higher water resistance. (British Millerain 'Chera' fabric)

Why don't you see sizes? Our capes are cleverly designed with soft shoulder tailoring to allow a one size fit, and has been happily worn by customers from size 8 - size 24 (UK women's sizes).
